The addition of Gerry to the existing coaching staff will provide Taringa Rovers with another highly qualified coach at the club. Gerry will also be overseeing the Taringa Rovers Academies from U10 upwards. Gerry is the Director of New Age Football Academy, and we view this as another feather in our cap in terms of getting our Football coaching structure in place. “.

Amongst the range of skills that Gerry will bring to the club are fitness and conditioning qualifications; the very prestigious SAQ certification, and a very impressive Sports Medicine portfolio. Gerry’s numerous skills will benefit our club immensely. I very much look forward to working with Gerry, and John Battersby in the 2011 season. If the enthusiasm that both Gerry and John are anything to go by then Taringa players will acquit themselves very well this coming season”
